Four ways to keep it at its best

Every plan is a one-time payment made when you buy — a share of the piece’s purchase price. Never a monthly fee, never a renewal.

  • Free Forever · includedWith every order. Manufacturing-fault cover, cleaning and inspection for life, retipping and rhodium for life, one free resize within 60 days.
  • 3-Year Care · 6%, minimum $149Everything above, plus accidental-damage repair, unlimited resizing (you pay the shipping), stone tightening and polishing.
  • 5-Year Care · 10%, minimum $249Every 3-Year benefit, carried on to five full years.
  • Lifetime Care · 18%, minimum $399Unlimited covered repairs, unlimited resizing (you pay the shipping), centre- and side-stone replacement, transferable within 180 days.

Always included

  • Repair or replacement of any manufacturing fault our jewellers find.
  • Complimentary cleaning and inspection at our New York atelier, for as long as you own the piece.
  • Prong tightening as part of a routine inspection.
  • One free resize within 60 days of delivery.

How it works

  1. 1Add it before you payA plan is sold with the piece and cannot be added afterwards — choose it under each piece in your bag before you check out (5-Year Care is selected for you; Free Forever is always an option).
  2. 2Active on deliveryCover starts on the carrier’s recorded delivery date. Cancel within 30 days for a full refund.
  3. 3Ask for serviceEmail us with your order number and a few photos; mail it in insured.
  4. 4A check every six monthsPaid plans need a free six-monthly inspection to stay active — it catches a loose stone early.

What no plan covers

Theft, loss or disappearance — those need an insurance policy. Deliberate damage or misuse, work by an outside jeweller, fine everyday scratches, and metal colour change from skin or cosmetics.

A service plan repairs jewellery; it is not insurance. Total cover is capped at the purchase price of the piece.

At home

Warm water, a drop of mild soap and a soft brush. Rinse, pat dry, and it will look like the day it arrived.

Take rings off for the gym, the pool, the garden and the beach. Diamonds are hard; settings are not.
