Privacy policy

When you order: your name, delivery and billing addresses, email and phone number, what you bought, and any ring size or engraving you gave us. We never see or store card numbers — payment goes straight to our payment provider.

We also record ordinary technical data — browser, device, approximate location and the pages you viewed — and whatever you tell us through the contact form. Your bag and wishlist are kept in your own browser.

To take, make and deliver your order; to arrange insured carriage; to handle resizing, repairs and care claims years later; to answer you; and to prevent fraud. We send marketing email only if you ask for it, and every message has an unsubscribe link that works straight away.

Only the companies that need it to do their job for us: our payment provider, our carriers, the grading laboratories, and the services that host this site and send our email. We do not sell personal information, and we do not trade it for advertising.

Order and tax records for as long as the law requires; marketing details until you unsubscribe; enquiries that never became orders are cleared after two years. The site runs over encrypted connections, and access to order records is limited to the people who need it.

Ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct or delete it, ask for it in a portable format, object to a particular use, or withdraw consent you gave earlier. It costs nothing, and we answer within thirty days — we may ask you to confirm who you are first.

This shop is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect details from anyone under sixteen.

When this policy changes we update this page, and if a change matters we will say so plainly.
