Resizing
Every piece includes one free resize within 60 days of delivery. A ring or wedding band within one size of the size you ordered is resized; a bigger change is remade at the new size, in about 10–15 days. Bracelets and necklaces are remade in the new length, also about 10–15 days, and a pendant gets a new chain. A remake counts as the free resize.
After that, 3-Year, 5-Year and Lifetime Care include unlimited resizing — you pay only the shipping. Full eternity bands and some patterned profiles cannot be resized and are remade instead; if yours is one of them we will say so before you order.
What it does not cover
Loss, theft and accidental damage, and any work done by another jeweller — a piece altered elsewhere ends the promise, because we can no longer answer for it.
For loss and theft, insure your piece. We will send your purchase documents and appraisal to support a claim.
